We have seen many Optimists on the water last weekend and this week; and the numbers are growing! This is encouraging!
Glad to see many of our young junior sailors on the water!
VIODA is finalising plans to kick off its traditional winter coaching series at Albert Sailing Club. It will be Sundays but limited to a small group for a few weeks.
Thank you for your patience.
In the meantime, we recommend kids sail at their yacht clubs as much as they can. Most clubs have set up a training structure, please make the most of it.
The forecast next weekend is: 15-20 knts South on Saturday and 10-15 knts South on Sunday. Likely chilly but good breeze! 😉
